Kollatos Greene Construction was born from a shared vision and a desire to create something that was truly our own. It all started when we, Spencer Kollatos and Phil Greene, first met while working together in law enforcement and security. We both came from backgrounds where attention to detail, problem-solving, and hard work were the cornerstones of our daily lives. As we worked side by side, we quickly realized that our skills complemented each other perfectly, and we shared a common goal: to build something meaningful and independent.
After years of service, we decided that it was time to take our experiences and expertise and apply them to a different kind of work—one that allowed us to use our hands, our creativity, and our leadership skills in a new way. We both had a passion for working with our hands and had always enjoyed fixing things, whether it was small repairs or larger home improvement projects. The idea of starting our own business in construction and handyman services started to take shape.
